Scope

This license applies to all proprietary software, games, tools, engines, protocols, documentation, assets, and other works (collectively "Works") created by or for QTI, including but not limited to:

• Game engines and development tools
• Video games and interactive entertainment software
• Middleware and supporting libraries
• Documentation, assets, and related materials

Permitted Use

These Works and their precompiled binaries are licensed exclusively for use by authorized personnel of QTI and its subsidiaries.

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any precompiled binaries
• Use these Works or any derivative works in commercial projects outside of QTI
• Redistribute, sublicense, or transfer these Works to third parties
• Create derivative works without explicit written authorization
• Extract, modify, or redistribute any assets, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, or data files

Source Code Access and Modifications

Access to source code and permission to create derivative works requires explicit written permission from ALL of the following:

• Kohan Mathers
• Natalia Rybicka
• Hannah Stewart

Derivative works created with permission may only be used for QTI internal purposes and remain subject to all restrictions in this license.

Ownership

All Works, games, tools, engines, protocols, content, and derivative works created using QTI resources or intellectual property remain the exclusive property of QTI. Contributors, contractors, and employees agree to assign all rights to such works to QTI.

Third-Party Components

Some Works covered by this license may be built upon or include third-party components that are licensed separately. Those components retain their original licensing terms. See the THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES file where applicable for details.

Confidentiality

All Works covered by this license are considered confidential and proprietary information of QTI. Authorized users must maintain confidentiality and may not disclose any information about these Works to unauthorized parties.
